MSW Lab services are not a replacement for manufacture support. In fact, manufacturer support will be critical to solving complex problems. If there is a fee for manufacturer support, Resource Pool funds will be used to obtain manufacturer support.
MSW is not an on-demand live technical support service. Customers should expect a 1-4 hour response time during normal business hours unless a previous commitment is made for a defined time frame.
